1. Services
Ranga Pest Control offers pest control services across Haryana including but not limited to termite, mosquito, rodent, bed bug, general and commercial pest control. All services are performed by trained, ID-verified technicians using government-approved chemicals and procedures.
2. Bookings & Estimates
A booking made via this website is a service request. Final scheduling, scope of work, and pricing are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp after a free on-site inspection. Price estimates provided on the website are indicative and may vary based on property size, pest severity, and access conditions.
3. Warranty & Guarantee
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every service. If pests covered by the treatment reappear within the warranty period, we re-service the affected areas free of charge. Termite treatments carry a written warranty of up to 10 years, subject to the specific terms detailed on the warranty card issued at the time of service. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property address.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ranga Pest Control's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of business, or personal injury, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our technicians take reasonable care to protect furnishings and belongings during treatment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information about the property and pest issue, ensure reasonable access to affected areas, and follow post-treatment instructions (including recommended drying times) provided by the technician. Failure to follow instructions may void the warranty for that treatment.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a nominal rescheduling fee at our discretion.
7. Payments
Payment is collected after the service is completed and you are satisfied. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and card payments. Full payment is due on the day of service unless prior credit terms have been arranged under a valid AMC agreement.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
